Here's how to check if your Medicare coverage is changing in the coming year.
- If you're enrolled in a Medicare Advantage Plan or a Part D drug plan, your plan should send you two documents before the annual election period called the Annual Notice of Change and the Evidence of Coverage.
- These documents are typically sent together. They're often sent electronically via email, but you can request physical copies.
- These documents will outline any changes to your plan's Costs, Benefits, and Rules for the coming year.
- Make sure to read them closely to understand if there are any changes to how your doctors, prescriptions, etc. are being covered.
- If you have any questions, you can call your plan directly.
